  • Go to https://www.razer.com/downloads and download the latest version of Synapse. After installation, turn off your computer and disconnect all Razer devices.
  • If the computer is opened correctly, connect the Razer devices and start the Synapse.
  • Synapse will automatically install the latest drivers.
  • If the drivers are not installed automatically, you can press Windows + R, type devmgmtmt.msc in the dialog box and press Enter.
  • Once you are in Device Manager, open the Keyboard and Mouse and Other pointing devices section. Right click on each entry and select an update driver.
  • Select the Automatic search option to update the drivers. Windows connects to the Windows update and automatically installs the latest drivers.
  • Restart the computer.

Make sure that Razer Synapse does not detect any problems with your mouse.
