  • Click on the Add-ins tab, expand the drop-down menu next to the Manage item, and select COM Add-ins. Touch GO.
  • Uncheck the box next to each add-on to disable it. Press Nice and close the view
  • Restart Outlook.

  • As soon as the process is complete, a dialog box appears with the number of variations found. Check the box next to Save the scanned file for recovery and click Recover.

  • Close Outlook.
  • Press the Windows + R button
  • Type the mlcfg32.cpl controller and press the Enter key.
  • Click on View Profiles
  • Click on the Add button to create a new profile and give it a name.
  • Use the automatic setup of your email account to enter your details and set up your account.
  • After you have set up a new profile, return to the startup window of the mail and make it the default option. You can do this by clicking on the ‘Always use this profile’ button and selecting a new profile from the list. Click Apply to save your settings.
