How to fix a Dell Inspiron laptop that keeps crashing, restarting on its own (easy steps)

  8. Click Dell Factory Image Restore.
  9. When the Dell Factory Image Restore screen displays, click Next.
  10. Check the checkbox next to Yes, reformat the hard disk and reset the system software to default values. This will reset the notebook system and restore it to factory settings.
  11. Press Next.
  12. Wait until your laptop’s default configuration is restored.
  13. When recovery is complete, press Done.

Your laptop will reboot. The software is currently installed and running with the factory settings.
